Welcome to our beautiful community and thank you for visiting our website. Lakewood Crossing Sections 2-5 is located in Northwest Harris County. Our community is small and family oriented, a place where neighbors help neighbors and residents are proud to call home.

This website was created to provide information to our residents. We are a deed restricted community, very likely the reason you were attracted to our community and decided to call Lakewood Crossing home. The Board of Directors are proud to serve your community and, although they are volunteers, they take their responsibility seriously.

Once a property owner has registered on the website they will be able to access the community's governing documents, rules and guidelines, architectural control guidelines & forms, as well as being able to pay assessments by clicking on the "paying assessments online" tab on the right side of the page.

Important Information: Lakewood Crossing Section 2-5 is a deed restricted community. It is very important for owners to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the governing documents with emphasis on the Architectural Control provisions of those documents. All exterior projects must be approved prior to starting. The restrictions speak to the "lot" which means the entire lot not just the front yard or areas that can be seen from the street. So patios, swimming pools, fences, decks, pergolas, all things exterior require prior approval before beginning. Check the Architectural Control tab for guidelines, forms, etc.
